New Dell Children’s Specialty Pavilion Breaks Ground

On March 4th our community gathered together to help us break ground on the new Dell Children’s Specialty Pavilion.

This state-of-the-art pediatric outpatient facility will be connected to Dell Children’s Medical Center and will total more than 161,000 square feet.

The Specialty Pavilion will bring together cardiovascular, neurosciences and cancer programs all under one roof right next to Dell Children’s, benefiting patients by eliminating multiple office visits and trips to Dell Children’s for tests and imaging. That means we can serve the most critically ill children right here in Austin.

Additionally, moving these complex care services to the new Specialty Pavilion will allow for growth of inpatient programs at Dell Children’s.
